Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of the SAS Grid, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance throughput. Job Scheduling & Management: Manage and optimize job scheduling within the SAS Grid to ensure efficient execution of analytical tasks, balancing load across available resources. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAS Grid operations, including job failures, system errors, and connectivity problems, liaising with IT when necessary. Documentation & Best Practices: o Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for SAS Grid management to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency in operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and familiarity with SAS Grid Manager. Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies. Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SAS.
