Lead Guidewire Developer Contract C2C/w2/1099 Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD Lead Guidewire Developer that is ACE Certified and has experience with Guidewire Cloud/Guidewire PolicyCenter. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Cloud solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the customization, integration, and configuration of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter). Ensure the integration of Guidewire with other enterprise systems. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Guidewire applications. Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: Guidewire Cloud ACE Certification is required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Proficiency in GOSU, Java, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Guidewire Cloud and its deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects.
