Job Description: Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain efficient build, deployment, and release processes for software applications - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar technologies - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code changes into the build process - Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes - Implement automated testing and validation scripts to ensure high-quality releases - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements - Optimize build and deployment processes for scalability, reliability, and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve processes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in build and release engineering or related roles - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) - Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices - Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker) - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: - Experience with artifact management tools (Artifactory, Nexus) - Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible) - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK) - Certification in DevOps or related fields Thanks & Regards Sharath Reesu | Source Mantra, Inc.
