This role involves maintaining platform stability, managing incidents, and troubleshooting across the technology stack, including hardware, software, applications, and networks. The position requires adaptability, a passion for solving complex technical issues, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor platform performance via proactive system alerts, incident, and problem management. Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers. Conduct incident calls, collaborating with IT partners, development teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Identify areas for automation, resilience improvements, and process optimization. Work within a global follow-the-sun support model and participate in rotational on-call support. Qualifications: 1-5 years of production support experience. Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, a scripting language (e.g., , Python), and relational databases (e.g., Sybase, SQL). Strong troubleshooting skills and incident management experience. Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Preferred Skills: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. Experience in financial industry support, SRE practices, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
