Title: Oracle DBA Location: REMOTE Duration: Long Term Description Oracle Database Administrator Duties and Responsibilities Help design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases in On-Prem/Cloud Troubleshooting DB Issues arising due to Operational Maintenance. Knowledge in SQL/PL-SQL, PostgresSQL, Python, Power and other scripting Manage and Administer Backup, Restore Data for the Databases. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues Maintain information security for the Databases. Perform Upgrade and Migrations of the Databases as and when necessary. Experience in Migrating the Databases to Cloud Platform. Maintain and Adherence to Compliance Policies and Standards Perform Periodic Patching and Maintenance Activities for the Databases Provide database support to employees as needed Provide On-Call Support and availability whenever needed. Oracle Database Administrator Requirements and Qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science strongly preferred Experience in SQL,PL/SQL. PostgresSQL, Python, Json, Scripting, Power and other Scripting Proficient in Oracle database architecture Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems and Cloud Certification in Oracle database administration a plus Analytical skills Technical communication skills Thanks Peter Keywords: database |
