Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Salesforce Developer Milwaukee, WI Duration of the contract: 1 year Experience : 12+ State Client Exp. Onsite or remote Preference will be given to those located in the Milwaukee Metro Area. 100% remote within the continental United States, Wisconsin residency not required. Top Skills & Years of Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly in government or public sector settings. o Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Government Cloud, or similar CRM tools in a government environment is highly desirable. o Proven experience in system integration, data migration, and customization within Salesforce. o Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and third-party integrations. o Strong understanding of public sector operations, workflows, and project management tools like Jira. o Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools such as PowerBI. Desired Certifications: o At least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Implementation Expert, or other relevant Salesforce certifications. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in or with county government entities. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
