Role: Sr. Testing Lead /QA lead Location: Remote Experiences:12+ Mandatory: Health care exp Key Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in software QA with a strong background in automation, manual, and regression testing. Proficiency in writing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Extensive knowledge of manual testing techniques for both functional and non-functional testing (usability, performance). Expertise in regression testing and identifying risks during software changes. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab Cl). * Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUl, or Bestessured. Knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, RQM/RTC) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr). Experience with performance/load testing tools like Meter or LoadRunner is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Healthcare experience recommended. Exposure to SAFe Agile Environment and working with collaborated with multiple ART(Agile Release trains). Should possess Test data management skills and should have the ability to co-ordinate with back-end team for various Test data needs.
