Job Title: HRIS BA ANALYST Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) Local Only Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: No //CPT Local Only Job Description: HRIS Analyst III The HRIS Workday Consultant tasks include: - Provides senior level support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations. - Deep understanding of Workday modules. - Lead various initiatives including M&A, ORG redesign, and Process Redesign. - Daily/Weekly reporting/status updates of all assigned projects. - Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc. - Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology. - Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations. - Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested.
