License and account management Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process. Setup of new users Disabling leaver accounts. Permissions management. Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Miro and Smartsheet technologies Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features. Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements Run and organise UAT for new workflows Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
