Understanding of how to create SmartSheet meta data sheets that support workflows and dashboards Create integrated org level reports and (visually brilliant) dashboards with data from multiple sources Create and implement complex automations based on designed workflows to ensure information gets where it needs to Manage approval automations. License and account management Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process. Setup of new users Disabling leaver accounts. Permissions management. Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Miro and Smartsheet technologies Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features. Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements Run and organise UAT for new workflows Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
