This role ensures that the development process aligns with the business needs and contributes to product vision by facilitating workshops and user story sessions.Responsibilities: Backlog Management: Facilitate user story workshops to scope projects and maintain a prioritized product backlog. Requirements Gathering: Analyze and interpret requirements from stakeholders across departments. Project Planning: Develop project plans, documents, and artifacts for program management processes. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, issues, and impediments, escalating them as necessary. Collaboration: Work with developers to establish technical vision, analyze tradeoffs, and align usability and performance. Quality Assurance: Oversee triage of defects, ensuring production changes meet requirements. Support Facilitation: Act as 1st-tier support, coordinating with the development team on application support needs. Budget Management: Manage approved project budgets and oversee estimates.Required Experience and Skills: Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Practical experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks. Technical Collaboration: Familiar with establishing technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs. Automotive or Manufacturing Background: Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
