Title: Senior Flutter Engineer Duration: Contract Work Location: Irvine, CA Onsite from Day 1 Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter development and mobile app technologies. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about working on cutting-edge health tech innovations. While the position is preferred to be in our Irvine office, we are open to hybrid and fully remote candidates, with the possibility of long-term contract arrangements for out-of-state candidates. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and scale mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, back-end developers) to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks. Integrate AI models into mobile applications (preferred) Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Flutter development. Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutters best practices. Solid understanding of mobile application architecture (BLoC, Provider, etc.). Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with native development for iOS and Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java). Experience with state management, animations, and custom UI components in Flutter. Understanding of version control systems (Git). Exposure to CI/CD processes in mobile app development. Some experience with AI models in mobile applications (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, etc.) is highly preferred but not required. Nice to Have: Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Driver, Appium) is a plus. Experience with other mobile technologies such as React Native or native development in Swift/Kotlin. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud) and backend technologies. Experience with front-end web development (React, Angular) or backend services (Node.js, Python, etc.). Experience with AI model deployment and integration in mobile apps. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
