Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP APO modules. 3-5 years of experience in SAP IBP or similar SAP supply chain modules. SAP certification in IBP modules. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, particularly demand and supply planning. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and integration points with APO. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, especially demand, supply, and inventory planning. Experience with SAP HANA and cloud-based solutions. Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
