As a component of that relationship, TTUHSC has committed to providing 3 Epic-certified analysts. TTUHSC will send a group of individuals for certification between October and December 2024. Anticipated Schedule: Epic EHR Go Live [February 2026] Epic Modules: TTUHSC may potentially require staff augmentation for Epic-certified analysts in the following module competencies. MyChart, Welcome, Hello World SMS Response Request: TTUHSC would ask interested DIR IT Staff Augmentation contract holders to provide the following information for consideration from the TTUHSC School of Medicine and Texas Tech Physicians - Epic implementation planning team: 1.
