Application Administration Support for EDI B2BI Architecture Application Performance/Health/configuration B2BI Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) System performance load, queue management B2BI IBM Sterling B2B Integrator upgrades/Patches/hotfixes Detailed Job Description: Strong UNIX and/or LINUX. Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support of the project Conduct training and knowledge transfer. Development of maps using Sterling Integrator Map Editor. Troubleshooting complex EDI failures using Sterling B2B Integrator. Knowledge of industry standards supporting EDI/B2B. Experience with EDI document standards (ANSI X12, XML, FF) and EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 997, 204, 210 etc.) Experience in communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, FTP) Experience in migration of trading partners using different communication protocols. Work with trading partners and internal teams to troubleshoot data, mapping and communication protocol issues. Experience with updating AS2 certificates and SSH profiles for trading partners using Sterling B2B Integrator. Plan to be part of production issues troubleshoot to have the correct RCAs. Also, troubleshoot issues for error handling and logging.
