Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to identify opportunities for GenAI/AI integration and innovation. Develop use cases and business cases for GenAI/AI projects Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies, Tools. Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches Have good exposure and knowledge to work with Salesforce service cloud.
