Skills Job Description: We seek a highly skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with deep experience in Oracle EBS version 12.2.4. The project involves setting up Oracle Accounts Receivable to generate NACHA ACH files and adapting these files to meet specific bank requirements. The ideal candidate will understand the NACHA file specifications used by banks and be responsible for ingesting and processing ACH Reject messages into Oracle for rebilling customers. In addition to functional knowledge, the consultant will need strong technical skills to analyze, reverse engineer, and update custom PL/SQL packages and code that support the existing invoice creation, automatic receipt, and NACHA file generation processes. This role also requires creating comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including MD50 (Functional Design) and MD70 (Technical Design) documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Funds Capture. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.4, especially the Accounts Receivable and Funds Capture modules. Proficiency in configuring NACHA ACH file generation and adapting Oracles format based on bank specifications. Strong experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle EBS customizations, including the ability to reverse engineer undocumented custom solutions. Experience creating MD50 (Functional Design) and MD70 (Technical Design) documentation. Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash process, particularly Accounts Receivable and funds capture workflows. Experience in handling ACH reject messages and rebilling processes in Oracle AR. Banking & Payment Processing Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices around ACH/NACHA processing, including security standards, data protection, and banking regulations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Setup & Configuration: Configure Oracle Receivables to generate NACHA ACH files for customer fund collection. Adapt Oracle's NACHA file format to meet specific bank NACHA specifications. Ingest and process ACH Reject messages from banks into Oracle and set up rebilling processes. Technical Support: Review and understand custom code and packages developed for invoice creation, automatic receipt, and NACHA file generation. Reverse engineer undocumented Oracle configurations and identify required updates or changes. Modify and maintain existing PL/SQL packages to ensure smooth file generation and ingestion. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive functional requirements (MD50) and technical design documents (MD70) to support the setup and customizations.
