Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs across multiple domains, including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Security Operations (SecOps), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Operational Technology (OT). Customization & Configuration: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, service portals, forms, reports, and dashboards. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications, tools, and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, recommend solutions, and drive projects from concept to completion. Optimization: Identify and implement automation, performance improvements, and best practices to maximize platform efficiency. Compliance & Security: Support GDPR compliance, GRC initiatives, and SecOps best practices, ensuring solutions align with security and regulatory standards. Documentation & Training: Document design specifications, configurations, and workflows; provide training and guidance to users as needed. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with hands-on expertise across CSM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, GDPR, SecOps, SAM, and OT. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, REST, and SOAP. Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and related automation tools. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, with one or more additional certifications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps) preferred. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other IT frameworks (ITIL, Agile) and experience in DevOps environments. Experience with Security Operations and regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR.
