Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools and techniques. Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs). Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a continuous exploration process. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency. Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments. Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve. Foster collaboration between teams and system-level stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc. SAFe certification is required. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar.
