Looking Onsite || Control System Engineer || Jacksonville, FL (Onsite) Role name: Engineer Role Description: Rockwell/Allen Bradly PLC, APT/ELAU/Siemens PLC, FT View SCADA Competencies: EIS : Medical Device & Regulations Essential Skills: Control System EngineerTechnical Architect Extensive understanding of industrial automation and control systems Technical leadership within PLC/HMI/SCADA projects as relates to Allen Bradly, APT, ELAU PLC, Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform OR Rockwell FT View SCADA. Hands-on experience in Rockwell/Allen Bradly/APT/ELAU/Siemens PLC programming, development & troubleshooting. Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform with Operations Management Interface (OMI) visualization. Experience with integration of Wonderware HMI with Control systems like PLCs, Historian products and integration with MES and Business layer applications using edge technologies like MQTT protocol, web services etc. Hands-on expertise in Wonderware/AVEVA HMI/system platform design, development, integrations with third party applications. Experience in Rockwell FT View Site Edition SCADA design & development. Worked on different communication protocols and OPC DA drivers, OPC UA for plant floor connectivity. Integration with enterprise layer i.e. MES systems or Enterprise database connectivity. Experience of application set up, installation & configuration. Experience with SAT/FAT (testing) & commissioning of control system. Experience with control system application Upgrades & Migrations. Experience of control system project execution in pharma domain. Project specific documentation creation QMS Practices, change control management, system design documents, risk assessments, and test plans execution. Awareness with standards like ISA-95, ISA-88.Must have: Experience with Allen Bradly/APT PLCs programming and troubleshooting Rockwell FT View SCADA programming Good to have: Siemens/ELAU PLCs Knowledge of Ignition SCADA programming, KPI dashboards/reporting.
