Job Title: Service now Product Owner (Financial Services Operations Product Owner in Commercial Lending space) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Interview: Webex Hire Must Have: Minimum 8+ years consulting experience, CSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), SPM, FSO Minimum 8+ years experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering. Minimum 8+ years experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional ServiceNow certifications. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements for Commercial Lending. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Financial Service Operations Assist for Banking Deposit Operations for Banking Financial Service Payment operations Financial Service Loan Operations Good understanding of Data model in FSO Strong understanding of Working capital finance. Experience in Reporting and Analytics Worked in Cloud based Digital workflow process Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders Work on configurations in FSO Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of FSO solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Implement ServiceNow best practices Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT Competencies & Experience: Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow FSO. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Strong banking and financial services experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
