Salesforce Business Analyst - SFO, CA (Hybrid) Note: Please share me 12 plus years of experience candidates Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking seasoned Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Practice to own, execute and work on enterprise level transition projects. The ideal candidate will have strong and demonstrated experience with Salesforce, along with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deep understanding of client pain points, requirements roadmap, user personas, design thinking approach and interpret complex data. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients business transformation initiatives using Salesforce platform and ecosystem and providing functional guidance to the teams. The candidate must be able to partner effectively with leadership and senior management levels of the customer stakeholders, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions. About the role: Own and Lead discovery calls, requirement gatherings, workshops, and customer interviews Facilitate and present business use cases and walk-thru sessions to stakeholders Understand and document requirements for configuring, developing, integrating, testing, and launching the applications Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions when appropriate Able to create powerful and necessary documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart, Figma, Balsamiq etc.; Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience in understand and documenting business requirements for process flow diagrams sequence diagrams, Use Case diagrams etc. with a holistic thought process Strong Agile process understanding including Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement,sprint planning, user stories, story point estimation, retrospectives, and burndown charts Work cross-functionally with internal teams and technical partners to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement those changes as appropriate Collaborate with development teams, architects, database developers and project managers to identify key data points and develop reporting solutions Administer and enable Salesforce solutions to meet the various needs of the business processes Hands on with building reports, dashboards and data retrieving in Salesforce and ensure accuracy and completeness Proactively identify and troubleshoot functional discrepancies and issues related to Salesforce and related applications Hands on with Salesforce Admin activities - custom flows, workflows, approval processes, custom settings, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and record type to build out and improve internal processes Abilities Required: Strong business analysis skills with experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and reports Well versed in any two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Education Cloud, Industry Clouds. Well versed with Jira, data management and reporting best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Passionate about the Salesforce platform and enjoy working with multiple business stakeholders to solve complex challenges Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, applications, information technology, or related field 12 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years as Salesforce Business Analyst Able to understand Salesforce platform architecture, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Lightning UI (User Interface), Web Service and other components Knowledge of Salesforce security model and declarative customization Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best practices Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce BA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc. is an added advantage. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer Duration : 6+ months Location : SFO, CA (Hybrid) Job Description: Mandatory Skills: Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components. Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX. Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API. Experience using GitHub, Bit Bucket or other version control software. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications. Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology. Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end-users. Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Responsibilities: Develop applications in salesforce using out-of-the-box functionalities and custom solutions using Apex, Trigger, Lightning Aura, and/or Web Components. Recommend solutions and approaches for meeting the business requirements. Perform code review and guide the teammates with the best practices. Define, communicate, and manage a change management process. Implementation experience on Rest or SOAP Education and Experience Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent in business analysis/process analysis, organizational development or related discipline or equivalent, preferably from CS, IT background. 12+ years of total experience having at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce. OOP background and strong knowledge in programming. Sales and Service Cloud, Apex, Batch classes, triggers, integrations, LWC.
