Sr. Business Analyst with insurance, Accident & Health Exp Location : 100% remote, Contract : 6+ months renewable Visa: GC & USC candidates are acceptable. Please pay attention to the underlined qualifications below.they are MUST HAVEs. Business Analyst III Need a BA with in depth experience with insurance, specifically Accident & Health (A&H), and experience with Underwriting process and supporting technology. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience Experience with Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC delivery methods Experience with the Underwriting process and supporting technology (Policy Admin Systems, forms generation, integrations to downstream systems) A clear understanding of insurance and insurance related terms, specifically Accident & Health line of business Available to work standard US hours for Eastern Time Zone Self-starter with ability to take initiative to solve problems and accomplish goals Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to be succinct and crisp when delivering a message or responding to an inquiry. Hands-on experience facilitating requirements sessions Leads and directs the work of more junior level staff members, including training and mentoring .
