Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects to achieve strategic objectives. Report to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO). Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, applying project management tools and methodologies to ensure success. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence. Coordinate with business and technology teams, fostering collaboration across departments. Build relationships with stakeholders and effectively navigate political complexities. Conduct strategic analysis and risk assessment, identifying and mitigating potential issues. Anticipate and resolve conflicts, removing obstacles to maintain project momentum. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in the healthcare payer industry. 10-15 years in project management, including 2+ years in process management. Minimum 2 years in health insurance operations if PMP certified (4 years if not). Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC). Familiarity with formal improvement techniques like CQI, TQM, PDCA, and PMBOK. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a matrix-management, hands-on environment. Certifications: PMP and Agile certification strongly preferred.
