Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Absence module. Strong understanding of HR processes and absence management best practices. Proven track record of leading successful implementation projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Absence module, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize the use of the Absence module. Provide expert guidance on best practices for absence management and compliance with relevant labor laws. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams to enhance their understanding of the Absence module functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Absence module, working closely with technical teams. Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements related to the Absence module and provide recommendations for improvements. Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
