Communicate solutions effectively, including standing firm on decisions when necessary and delivering hard facts respectfully. Manage risks and identify potential challenges in projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Provide project and resource management support to ensure alignment with solution goals. Collaborate with project managers and developers to guide development processes in line with solution requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable and adaptable for future modifications, considering the organization's goals. Requirements: Primary Skill: Snowflake Architect - Snowflake Certified Snowflake Certified Architect with demonstrated expertise in Snowflake architecture and solutions. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Strong experience in technical solution architecture, technology selection, and solution shaping. Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and database design principles. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role is advantageous. Ability to manage projects and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery and goal alignment. Calm, confident, and logical approach to decision-making and risk management.
