Experience in engineering and deploying Generative AI models, specifically focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent workflows. 2. Strong software engineering foundation in developing and implementing state-of-the-art generative techniques and designing advanced algorithms that effectively address complex business use cases in production environments. 3. Consistently involves writing clean, tested code to build prototypes that demonstrate practical business solutions. 4. Experience with open-source technologies driving innovation and enabling rapid development, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in this fast-evolving GenAI field.
