Role: Lead AI/ML Engineer Duration: Long term Hybrid :Bryant Park, NYC- 3days a week Note: Please don't share profiles under 15 years Must have 15 + years of experience About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent, agent-based systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable AI solutions that automate and enhance complex processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems. This role requires a deep understanding of AI architecture and a passion for pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on agent-based modeling or multi-agent systems. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for AI development. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Expertise in reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, and distributed systems. Knowledge of simulation platforms for agent-based modeling (e.g., AnyLogic, GAMA, NetLogo). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models and workflows. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using AI and machine learning techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
