Job Title: SAP QE - Infrastructure Management Work Location: Austin, TX 78728 (Day one Onsite) Duration: Long Term Interview: Webex Hire Must Skills: AWS DNS Confiuration Certificate Management Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Infrastructure Admin Kubernetes Unix/Bash Unix/Linux OS System Administration Windows Description: SAP QE team is looking for an infrastructure management service that includes managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers in our data center. Other responsibilities include vulnerability/browser patching, database maintenance activities, application upgrade, SSL certificate renewals, and maintaining the stability of the system. Following are the applications where we will need these services: iScale - iScale is Apple's implementation of Loadrunner Enterprise. Loadrunner is a tool used for performance testing of SAP applications Jenkins - Maintain, secure and patch Jenkins used for Performance & functional Test Automation framework. Report Portal - Deploy, Configure, and Maintain a scalable ReportPortal environment Thorough documentation and standard operating procedures must be maintained at all times. Some of the recurring tasks are listed in the attachment. There can be other Adhoc/unscheduled incidents that may occur that involve software/server maintenance. Technical Skills: Platform Management: Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain the infrastructure to host applications, including on-premises, cloud (AWS or GCP), or hybrid environments. Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate infrastructure tasks. Windows Server: Expertise with Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network configurations.
