This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong understanding of digital media platforms and content delivery and can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical requirements. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements specifically related to video streaming and on-demand video projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and content teams, to ensure requirements are clear, achievable, and aligned with business goals. Identify and map out business processes and workflows related to video streaming, content management, and end-user experience. Facilitate discussions and planning sessions with stakeholders to prioritize features and define product roadmap. Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring that project requirements are effectively communicated and understood. Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Assist in troubleshooting, analyzing issues, and providing support during project implementation and post-launch phases. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on video streaming or on-demand video platforms. Strong knowledge of digital media technologies, content delivery networks (CDNs), video encoding, and content management systems (CMS). Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
