Today we have a requirement for GenAI Platform Engineer (Support Role) position with the client Virtusa - Bloomfield, CT - Onsite (Need local Or Near By States) Do you have any consultants regarding this position Please share with me the Resume of your consultant : [email protected] Role : GenAI Platform Engineer (Support Role) - Onsite Location : Bloomfield, CT Job Description : As a Generative AI Platform Support Full Stack Engineer, you will provide technical support for our AI platform tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhancements, monitor logs and ensure the platform operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assess and enhance the AI platforms data pipeline resilience. Ensure that AI/ML models are fault-tolerant and scalable. Identify bottlenecks in model inference and training pipelines. Optimize model performance for real-time use cases. Collaborate with the DevOps team on deployment improvements. Implement automated testing for fault-tolerance scenarios. Provide technical support for users of the Generative AI platform, troubleshooting issues and answering queries. Monitor platform performance and implement optimization strategies. Document processes, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in generative AI technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on support and maintenance. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular). Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI/ML applications and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
