A deep understanding of SAP systems, extensive experience in data migration processes, and strong leadership skills are necessary. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of data migration activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Design and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methodologies. Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure data readiness for migration. Conduct data assessments and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. Manage the testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate data post-migration and address any discrepancies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and migration plans. Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, facilitating training sessions on data migration best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data migration, specifically within SAP ECC environments. Strong understanding of data modeling , data governance, and data quality management principles. Proven experience leading data migration projects and managing cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
