Roles and Responsibilities Define Midrange and Data Center Services requirements and policies Comply with Company policies and standards and regulations applicable to Company, including information Systems, personnel, physical and technical security Review and approve services and standards for supporting the Data Center Environment/Application platforms Provide ad-hoc consulting services related to midrange technology Provide architecture support services and propose new hardware architectures, software technologies, products, and configurations Provide architecture, design and engineering for Data Center Environment technologies (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, VMWare, NetApp, SharePoint, Azure, AWS, Proofpoint Archive, Active Directory Services, ADFS, storage). Provide data storage design and engineering services (e.g., SAN, NAS) Provide architecture and engineering support for Collaborative Computing Services (e.g., Exchange On-premise, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premise) Provide messaging System architecture, design and engineering services including mailbox administration, add/move/delete, mailbox permissions, mailbox size management, mail archiving, and creation of distribution lists and owners Provide escalated support for all in-scope Equipment of the Data Center Environment computing infrastructure Define system administration requirements Develop and document in the Policies and Procedures Manual monitoring and logging procedures that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies Develop and document in the Policies and Procedures Manual procedures for performing System administration that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies Provide design and engineering for solutions using the M365 platform Thanks, Guna - Team Lead VDart Inc.
