Proficient in creating detailed program documentation as specified. Strong presentation and clear communication skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team setting. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Broker-dealer experience is a plus. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial services as a Business Analyst or a related role. Strong knowledge of Fixed Income securities, including Repos. Familiarity with Ops/Middle Office processes for Fixed Income (required). Knowledge of GSCC Netting and Central Clearing (preferred). Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SQL.
