Duration : Long Term Job Description: 10 + years of Insurance experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. Insurance policy and claims system experienced. Must have an experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc. Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills. Good knowledge on SQL database to analyse policy and claims data. Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation. Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data. Identify and analyse data discrepancies and data quality issues. Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner. Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
