CTC Welcome Have to work EST hours 100% remote 1+ years opportunity Job Title: Customer Behaviour Analyst Location: US/Remote Level: Intermediate/Expert Minimum Requirements Bachelor degree Strong ability in defining problems, create performance metrics and calculating value of initiatives Minimum of 3 years expertise writing SQL Familiarity in working with various Data sources, for e.g. like data warehouses (Snowflake), relational databases (MySQL), lakehouses (Databricks, etc), Google Cloud platform, specifically BigQuery 6+ years experience as a Data Analyst working with a tool like Tableau/Power BI 2+ years experience working with Google tag manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Looker Job Description We are looking for a talented Customer Behaviour Analyst to help us turn our strategies into a reality. Experience facilitating data analysis initiatives, from problem identification and evaluation through to delivery, ensuring insights shape the design of products and experiences. Develop a strong understanding of all data sources available to the business integrating these into analysis where relevant to develop a holistic understanding of the customer Collaborate with stakeholders and UX squads to concisely define behavioural insight requirements Experiment with customer Behaviour data, to enable stakeholders to understand their audience and plan activity accordingly. Employ various statistical techniques to understand current and likely future performance of processes post implementation of change Create baseline metrics at the beginning of each project and track value of all improvements resulting from prescribed changes ensuring that data is accurate, and conclusions drawn are aligned with the original stakeholder objectives. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and partners. Track progress on initiatives and share progress updates with stakeholders Provide business wide visibility on completed initiatives Think big, prospect ideas from synergies you see between projects Critical Skills Comfort with ambiguity yet unstoppable drive to create order out of chaos. Good team player who is self-motivated and well organized Passion for evolving research methods; flexible in approaches such that you see opportunities for research where others might see constraints. Strong communication skills to help people across the company understand the rationale behind your proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.
