Must-have skills for this role: 1. iCertis Certification Role: Business Analyst Location: Remote Pay rate: $58/hr on C2C Visa Status: Must-have skills for this role: 1. iCertis Certification 2. Contract Lifecycle management experience 3. iCertis data migration and integration. Primary job duties/responsibilities: - Serve as techno-functional SME on new CLM system (Icertis) supporting core configuration, data migration activities, and integrations with Clients source-to-settle ecosystem. - Provide ongoing support during (as needed) and post CLM implementation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, user training and system / process enhancements. - Configure Icertis Contract Management (ICM) solutions for enhancements that align with business requirements. - Work closely with client project teams to receive CLM knowledge transfer and associated documents to possess better understanding of the system and review application scope of work with ARM resource. - As needed, provide operational support (incidents and requests) for DocuSign, ProcessUnity (Third Party Risk Management), and PleaseReview upon completing training and knowledge transfer provided by the Client team. - Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or challenges. - Perform CLM system monitoring and stability. - Coordinate with Icertis for product related issues.
