Oversee project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Update project documentation and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and action items, and facilitate effective communication among team members. Maintain project documents, files, and records. Ensure that all necessary documentation is current, organized, and accessible to the team. Identify potential project risks and issues, communicate these to the project manager, and support mitigation efforts as needed. Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets, making sure that expenditures align with project goals and reporting any discrepancies. Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the requirements set by stakeholders. Skills: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management Experience in [industry or field, e.g., technology, construction] is a plus.
