Use AppDynamics to monitor application performance. Analyze system data using Splunk for diagnostics. Manage job scheduling and automation with Autosys. Train and support team members, sharing technical knowledge. Integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows using Vertex AI. Required Skills: 1+ year administering Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI). 1+ year administering Google Cloud (DialogFlow, Agent Builder, Vertex AI). 5+ years in Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture. 5+ years providing monitoring support for Java, .NET, or SaaS apps (Power Platform, Azure). 4+ years of production support and issue triage. 2+ years with AppDynamics. 1+ year with Splunk and Autosys.
