Requirement details : R ole: AWS Networking Engineer with VPC, Direct Connect, VPN , Gateway , BGP, OSPF , Firewalls Location: Dallas, TX ( Hybrid work, Weekly 2-3 days onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Duration: Long Term Job Responsibilities: 10-12 years of experience in network design, implementation, and operations in cloud and on-premises environments. Proven experience in AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway, etc.). AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty certification (required). Expertise in hybrid networking, multi-region, and multi-VPC designs. Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), IP subnetting, NAT, DNS, and firewalls. Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security tools (CloudWatch, Wireshark, VPC Flow Logs, etc.). Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based network architectures in AWS, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and peering connections. Develop and implement multi-region, multi-account network architectures for high availability and fault tolerance. Design secure network infrastructures using AWS security best practices (NACLs, security groups, etc.). Manage and maintain existing AWS networking environments, ensuring network reliability, performance, and security. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to provide network-related input to broader architectural decisions. Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs for network changes and incident response.
