This role involves working with large, complex data sets and creating data pipelines to transfer information across various data storage and processing platforms. The Data Engineer will play a critical role in preparing data for advanced segmentation, analytics, and profiling within a marketing and ad-tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize data pipelines to enable data flow from multiple sources into systems used for data warehousing, segmentation, and marketing initiatives. Work with data processing platforms, advertising technologies, and customer data profiles to support targeted marketing strategies. Prepare data for integration with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and other advanced marketing systems. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in programming languages, including J2EE and Python, with a solid understanding of big data technologies and data processing frameworks. Knowledgeable in software engineering principles, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Strong data architecture and pipeline development experience. Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Marketing platforms is highly preferred. Proficient in LINUX, relational and document databases, JSON, scripting, and automation. 3-5 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data management, or a related field.
