Location: Remote

Must
have 5 + experience is Contact Center Domain which includes IVR, Routing,
Dialer, Recording, Work Force Management and Reporting.

2
+ experience with AWS Connect Platform and its tools across different
Channels like Voice, Chat and Email.

Must
have experience with Contact Flows for IVR Call Flow and Routing
development.

Experience
with Amazon Lex Bot development and Lambda Integration with connect.

Must
have experience in Configure/Update Amazon Connect objects like hours of
operation, Users, Skill, Queues, Routing Profiles, Customer Profiles and
Security profiles using Connect.

Having
Good experience in configuring/run Outbound Campaigns using Connect.

Having
Good Experience in configure/update Contact Lens rules, Connect Cases and
Task using Connect.

Integrate
Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3,
Amazon SNS, Pinpoint) and third-party applications using AWS Lambda.

Implement
real-time data processing using AWS Kinesis and create custom dashboards
for monitoring call center performance and with Amazon Connect Realtime
reports.

Develop
and maintain custom reporting solutions using Amazon Quick Sight or other
BI tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice to Have

Experience
in Agent Custom CCP Dektop customization and its configuration like Case
Data, ACW, Disposition Code, Prefill Data, Contact Creations using
Customer Profiles and its mapping.

CRM
integrations like Salesforce and Client with AWS & Connect CCP.

Troubleshooting/Operational
activity in Amazon Connect and AWS Platform using Amazon CloudWatch.

AWS
CloudTrail to monitor system health, performance metrics, and security.

Amazon
Connect WFM Configuration like Capacity planning, Forecasting and
Scheduling based on Real-Time Adherence.

AWS
Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification.

Ability
to work with business to improve/clarify requirements, business rules, use
cases, and application design.
