Design and implement process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Design and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders. Design, review, and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed. Invent and validate solutions. Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a birds-eye and granular level. Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development.
