Role Description:

Key
Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and
customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM).

Develop scripts,
workflows, and UI policies for ServiceNow applications.

Collaborate with
business users to gather and document requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow
with third-party applications and APIs.

Perform system and
integration testing to ensure high-quality releases.

Provide support for
ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Create and maintain
documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

Stay updated with new
features and functionalities of ServiceNow and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience
in ServiceNow development, including configuration, customization, and
implementation.

Proficiency in
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for scripting and user interface
customization.

Strong understanding of
ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM) and ServiceNow integration (REST,
SOAP).

Knowledge of ITIL
framework and service management best practices.

ServiceNow Certified
System Administrator or Developer certification preferred.

Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication
and teamwork skills.

Preferred
Skills:

Experience with
ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, or Asset Management.

Familiarity with Agile
or Scrum methodologies.

Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
