Position: Workday Reporting Consultant || Deerfield Beach, FL || Need Local Location: Hybrid - Deerfield Beach, FL || Need Local Duration: 6+ Months Job Description This role handles a high volume of Workday requests, including out-of-the-box reports and security-related inquiries. The position is focused more on reporting than on traditional data analysis, as it involves a significant number of ad-hoc report requests. Key duties: Developing a strategy for providing self-service capabilities to allow leaders to easily access and query data. Building and delivering reports based on business requirements. Understanding Workday data and architecture to ensure effective reporting and solution design. Identifying ways to create sustainable, scalable solutions for reporting and data access in the long term. Workday Implementation & Team: Workday was implemented 2 years ago, and the team is becoming more mature in supporting the product. The Workday implementation covers several modules, including HR, Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Management, and Payroll. They need someone with solid **Workday experience**, particularly in **Core Modules**. Knowledge of **Recruiting** or other areas is a plus, but they dont need an SME.
