Create detailed designs, prototypes, and testing plans for test fixtures. Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures Conduct testing and data analysis to validate tool performance and reliability Conduct structural and thermal analysis to validate design performance. Troubleshoot test fixture and tool issues Create detailed test reports and documentation Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure test fixtures meet production requirements Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices Develop and maintain design documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ISO, etc.) and company regulations. Troubleshoot testing issues and optimize test fixture designs. Mentor junior engineers and technicians in test fixture design and testing. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience of test fixture design, testing of oil and gas tools Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for design and analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
