Responsibilities: Assist in Resource Planning & Allocation, Budget and Program / Project planning. Create Excel Spreadsheets for budget / resource allocation and tracking. Metrics for total budget to actuals and budgeted labor to actuals / allocations Coordination and reporting of project status reporting for multiple projects Own and update document repository / Wiki Required Skills: 5 + years of Project Coordinator experience Understanding Engineering experience Agile Development methodologies Preferred Front End project experience Expert in Excel, Keynote and Pages Able to Multi-task, project coordination and tracking. Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to react quickly to fluctuating deadlines. Problem Solving: Proactive, ownership and ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
