Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Coordinates system upgrade activity. Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally. Widely recognized Application Development expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function. Skills: PEGA, Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Splunk, Monitoring and Automation PEGA CSSA or PEGA LSA is mandatory Experience in Java, Oracle, Splunk, Automation and other monitoring tools is needed Education: Bachelors Degree in a technology field.
