This role handles a high volume of Workday requests, including out-of-the-box reports and security-related inquiries. The position is focused more on reporting than on traditional data analysis, as it involves a significant number of ad-hoc report requests. Key duties: Establishing a long-term solution within JM Family for handling reporting needs. Developing a strategy for providing self-service capabilities to allow leaders to easily access and query data. Building and delivering reports based on business requirements. Understanding Workday data and architecture to ensure effective reporting and solution design. Identifying ways to create sustainable, scalable solutions for reporting and data access in the long term.
