Need LinkedIn Visa DL Role Summary: We are seeking an Operations Specialist w/ Business Analysis experience to assist one of our top financial markets clients. This role involves comprehensive oversight of day-to-day operations within our clients core systems, ensuring peak data completion, reliability, and supporting credit analysts with critical data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing requests, understanding and mapping out process flows, and effectively communicating these requirements for precise implementation. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and validate development work within the internal system, ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements. Administer report requests, revisions, and provide comprehensive oversight of the internal system operations. Collaborate closely with the technology team to communicate data model and process flow requirements. Support the implementation of systems to improve client relationship management and operational efficiency. Enhance financial reporting and compliance data accuracy through initiatives like the Chart of Accounts Financials Consolidation. Streamline processes through the introduction of features through our core systems. Maintain robust data management and financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Enhance core data warehouse functionalities, including the addition of new fields and updating logic in various dashboards. Ability to utilize SQL and Sigma to build value add reporting. Eligibility Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience, ideally in financial services or credit sectors Proven experience in system operations, preferably in financial reporting systems. Strong understanding of financial data, process flows, and data management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements to technical teams.
